課程概述 |
The course will discuss the theory and experimental reasoning of electromechanics at micro- and nano-scales, with application to engineering and biology.
|
課程目標 |
It is expected that the students who take the course for credit should obtain a solid basic knowledge of electromechanics at micro- and nano-scales, and is well prepared for doing research in the related topics. |
