課程概述

The course will discuss the theory and experimental reasoning of electromechanics at micro- and nano-scales, with application to engineering and biology.
 

課程目標
It is expected that the students who take the course for credit should obtain a solid basic knowledge of electromechanics at micro- and nano-scales, and is well prepared for doing research in the related topics.

(4) Analysis and manipulation of solid particles (5 hours)
(5) Dielectrophoresis of complex bioparticles (6 hours)

(8) Practical dielectrophoretic separation (5 hours)
